Once upon a time, there was a little doctor named Ahmed. He loved to help his stuffed animals feel better. With his toy stethoscope and white coat, he was ready to cure any boo-boo. Today, Ahmed's biggest adventure begins as he sets off to help a tiny teddy bear with a tummy ache.

Ahmed comforted the bear with a warm blanket and a cup of soothing tea. "There, there," he said, patting the bear's back gently. Then, he used his toy stethoscope to examine the bear's tummy, listening carefully. Finally, Ahmed told the bear a funny joke, making them giggle and forgetting about their tummy ache.

Ahmed puts on his toy stethoscope and gently examines the bear's tummy. He listens carefully and hears some funny rumbling sounds. "Don't worry," Ahmed says with a smile. "Your tummy just needs a little rest. Let's try a special teddy bear tea to make it feel better!"

Ahmed put on his toy stethoscope and listened to the bear's tummy. He heard gurgling noises, like a symphony of bubbles! "Aha!" exclaimed Ahmed. "It's just some tummy bubbles having a party. They will go away soon, bear. Let's giggle and chase them away!"
