In a classroom bright and cheery,
A little student named Henry,
Struggled with numbers quite a lot,
But he was determined, of course he was not!
1
His teacher showed him numbers in a row,
One by one, they started to flow.
Henry's eyes widened with glee,
As he counted, "One, two, three!"
2
With his little fingers up high,
Henry counted with a sigh.
"Four, five, six," he said,
Feeling proud, no longer dread.
3
Colorful numbers, yellow and red,
Helped Henry learn, no longer misled.
"Seven, eight, nine, ten!"
He exclaimed, feeling smart, even then.
4
In the play area, toys in a stack,
Henry counted, not looking back.
"Eleven, twelve, thirteen, fourteen,"
His confidence shining, so keen.
5
Animals in a book, one by one,
Henry counted, having fun.
"Fifteen, sixteen, seventeen, eighteen,"
Numbers now easy to navigate, so great!
6
Looking up at the starry night,
Henry counted with delight.
"Nineteen, twenty," he whispered,
Feeling so proud, his learning never hindered.
7
In the classroom, a smile so wide,
Henry counted with joy, no longer tried.
His classmates cheered, "Hooray!"
Learning numbers was fun, a bright, sunny day!
