Paws-itively Perfect Friends: A Tale of a Maltipoo and Me

In a land not so far, where the grass grew so green, Lived a Maltipoo so small, he was barely seen. With hair soft and white, and eyes shiny and bright, He was my best friend, my partner in sight.

1

We'd go on adventures and have lots of fun, Running through fields, chasing balls in the sun. We'd curl up on laps and watch movies all night, The perfect companion, cuddly and light.

2

He loved to explore, his nose always sniffing, Finding sticks to fetch, his tail always lifting. He'd play with his toys, tossing them high, Jumping and catching, never letting them lie.

3

We'd take walks in the park, he'd never grow tired, Sniffing every tree, every bush, every flower. He'd sit on the bench, watching people go by, His wagging tail welcoming passersby.

4

At night he'd snuggle up, close to my side, Keeping me warm, all through the night. He'd dream of chasing birds and rabbits to catch, All while lying on pillows, without any match.

5

He loved the winter, the snow so white, He'd run and jump, with all his might. He'd burrow in snowbanks, his nose buried deep, Wearing a warm coat to brave the winter creep.

6

We'd go sledding down hills, laughing so loud, With him in my lap, we'd conquer any crowd. With a hat on his head and a coat made of fur, Together we'd ride, feeling secure.

7

Now he's getting old, with hair turning grey, But still youthful inside, like a pup in his way. He's been my loyal friend, through thick and thin, My best friend always, through beginning and end.
