Attempting to reconnect
In a land not too far, in a place quite serene, Lived a brain so wise, so bright and so keen.

This brain had a motto that it would always quote, "A healthy mind in a healthy body, that's all I promote!"

So off the brain went, to find a friend or two, Who understood the importance of being healthy too.

They danced and they ran, they stretched and they twirled, Taking care of their bodies, making sure they are world.

They ate nutrient-rich foods, fruits and veggies galore, Fueling their bodies for activities, never feeling sore.

And when the day was done, they all went to rest, Sleeping peacefully, knowing they had tried their best.

The next morning they awoke, feeling so alive, Ready to start their day, with a healthy body and mind drive.
