The Foodie Footballer: A Nutritious Tale of Goals and Grub!

Sammy, a sixth-grader, loved playing soccer with his friends at school. Lately, he noticed feeling tired, unable to focus in class, and looking pale.

His teacher, Mrs. Najwa, asked with concern, "Sammy, what's wrong? You don't seem well these days!" Sammy sighed, "I don't know, I always feel tired even though I sleep well!"

Mrs. Najwa asked, "Can you tell me what you eat in a day?" Sammy thought for a moment and replied, "I drink coffee with milk in the morning, have juice and biscuits at school, and prefer french fries in the evening!"

Mrs. Najwa invited the students to a special activity. She drew a food pyramid on the board and explained the importance of each food group in our diet.

The next day, Sammy's mom woke him up early and prepared a balanced breakfast for him - bread, egg, cheese, and natural orange juice.

After just two weeks of having balanced meals, Sammy returned to the soccer field more energetic than before. In the last game, he scored two amazing goals!

His friend, Amin, asked, "What's your secret, Sammy? How did you become like this?" Sammy proudly raised his finger and said, "The secret is in my plate!"
