The King of Borathia loved one thing more than life itself: wealth. He was willing to do anything to acquire it, no matter the cost. The King was especially fond of creating laws and regulations that benefited himself, but at the expense of his people. He taxed them for their hard earned gold and silver, diverting much of it into his own pocket.
